Alle unsere ehemaligen Lehrlinge sind in verantwortungsvollen Positionen auf der Baustelle und im technischen Büro tätig, etliche davon sogar als Führungskräfte. Du siehst, bei uns bleibst Du ganz sicher nicht „ewig der Lehrling“.

Lehrlinge bei Equans Österreich tragen aktiv zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten bei. Selin Yilmas, Newroz Tosun und Lukas Rindisbacher machen bei Equans die Lehre Konstrukteur/in – mit Schwerpunkt Installations- und Gebäudetechnik. In einem spannenden Video zeigen sie uns, wie der Tag als Lehrling bei Equans ausschaut. Vom Frühstückskakao über die Erstellung der Baupläne bis zur Übergabe an die KollegInnen auf der Baustelle.

We have been training apprentices for decades. Today, 20 to 30 years later, many former trainees are still working here successfully.
