greenCONTROL

We use controllers and expansion modules from the c.pCO family in accordance with current industry standards, supplemented by software developed in-house based on control strategies that have been tried and tested over decades.
In order to cover all your needs, numerous optional software modules have been developed and continuously optimised over the years, which are unrivalled in their scope in standard lines.
In addition to generally available standard functions, the additional modules can be divided into four groups:

  • ENERGY
    • Whether manual or automated: keep an eye on your energy consumption at all times with the greenPACK Energy modules.
  • PLANT
    • Trust the greenPACK Plant modules for pump, valve and storage management.
  • MAINT
    • Maintenance log for operational safety checks
    • SMART DEFROST – for safe and efficient defrosting
    • SMART LOGGING – operational monitoring
    • SMART TREND – trend detection for increased efficiency
  • CONNECT
    • Performance or temperature specifications via building management system
    • Connectivity with Modbus TCP/RTU, BacNET TCP and Siemens Profinet
    • Long-term data recording on external media
    • Remote maintenance with Secure Remote Access according to IEC 62443-4-2 & IEC 62443-3-3

Procon control

The Procon control system developed by Equans combines all load management, the necessary safety functions, energy-optimised control, night-time reduction of fan speed, control of expansion valves and many other functions. The hardware of the Procon control system is Industry 4.0-compatible. A 12-inch panel is installed in the front of the control cabinet, which displays the current operating status of the machine and allows all relevant settings to be made. In addition, the operating conditions of the machine are recorded, which can also be viewed and exported.
As standard, the Procon control system also regulates the cold and hot side pumps and 3-way valves on the direct secondary side of the propane machine. Standard data exchange with the higher-level control system takes place both via hardware and via bus interfaces (Modbus RTU; Modbus TCP/IP, etc.).
