We have been training apprentices for decades.

Every year, from the many applications we receive (for each apprenticeship), we select just a handful of highly motivated and talented apprentices, in keeping with our philosophy of quality over quantity. We place great importance on providing our apprentices with an excellent training programme and hope that they will stay with us for many years to come, putting the knowledge they have gained to good use.

Our success proves us right: 20, 25, 30 years on from their training, many of our former apprentices now hold positions of responsibility on construction sites and in technical offices, with quite a few of them even in management roles.
