Our in-house developed internal app ensures an efficient and straightforward flow of information within the company. It enables all employees to send safety reports and important information directly and easily to their line managers, to make relevant documents available centrally, and to obtain approvals digitally and in a time-saving manner. This innovative solution promotes internal communication, simplifies document management and sustainably increases efficiency and safety in our operational processes.

To continuously strengthen corporate security, Equans regularly conducts comprehensive crisis management exercises in which realistic crisis scenarios are simulated and tried-and-tested procedures for dealing with emergencies are evaluated. In addition, we regularly offer professional safety training and staff development programmes to raise awareness and improve the confidence of all employees in occupational safety and emergency management.
